ISO CHALLENGE

Join my 6week ISO challenge and race against the lockdown.

Each week you will participate in 2x live zoom activation and preparation sessions (run to commence after) and 1x online bodyweight workout challenge. To kick off, you will also get a one-on-one session with me to work through the strategy that will best respond to your body.

We’ll be recording all of your times throughout the challenge, working to increase your overall athletic fitness.

Our focus will be: sprint time, running endurance, bodyweight strength, mobility/movement, plyometric skills and core control.  

Registration is just $50

Sessions will be held on Monday and Wednesday at 5.15pm and Sunday at 10am.
