One-off

$25 per class ($18 for PT clients)

Bring a friend for their first time and both pay half-price

Block Passes

$120 - 6x classes

$180 - 10x classes

Class structure

  • 60 minute class

  • Pilates / yoga style warm-up

  • Functional strength & movement exercises using weights, resistance equipment and body-weight

  • Incorporated HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or cardio. There will be options given for people with contraindication

  • Stretch / cool-down

What to Bring

A water bottle and a mat (If you do not have your own mat, one can be provided)
