Pilates / yoga style warm-up
Functional strength & movement exercises using weights, resistance equipment and body-weight
Incorporated HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) or cardio. There will be options given for people with contraindication

What to Bring
A water bottle and a mat (If you do not have your own mat, one can be provided)
