Holistic, sustainable, integrative training for the health of one’s whole being.

The goal is to have all participants moving smoothly and consciously, feeling connected to their body & breath, and develop all round athleticism.

Integrating breathing techniques, human movement patterns, core control, strength training, balance, mobility, endurance, power, agility and flexibility.

Using a range of resistance equipment, body weight exercises, Pilates & Yoga techniques, Calisthenics & Capoeira movements, and athletics drills

Each workout aims to establish mind-to-muscle pathways, body awareness and full body connection whilst getting your sweat on and releasing those feel good hormones.

My Story.

Growing up in New Zealand I had a very athletic and dynamic youth ~ participating in all the sports I could whilst being raised around Yogis, dancers and holistic health practitioners.

In my 20’s I immersed myself in Capoeira Angola (a Brazilian martial art/dance) which ignited my deep passion for physical expression and the art of movement.

Pilates, functional conditioning, dance, yoga, calisthenics, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and wrestling have joined my focal interests and practices.

I have taught Capoeira in New Zealand and Australia over for 15 years, I have been a qualified personal trainer for 9 years, Mat Pilates instructor for 7 years, Yoga instructor for 3 years and a competing athlete throughout it all.

I am enamoured with physical motion and am in awe of the body’s capacity to strengthen, heal and transform itself through healthy and educated practices.
