The class incorporates

A focus on areas of the body most affected by seated office work

  • Dynamic stretching

  • Pilates and yoga movements with integrated breathing techniques

  • Functional body-weight exercises

  • Grounding and relaxing cool-down stretches

How it works

  • The structure of each session is tailored to requests and needs, further evaluated after your free pilot session.

  • Held either online for groups working from home, or in person either at the office space or the nearest park.

  • Equipment will be provided, including yoga mats where needed.

  • Training focus, times and participant numbers can vary. Each session is 45 minutes in duration.
