The class incorporates:

Focus on areas of the body most affected by seated office work

  • Dynamic stretching

  • Pilates and yoga movements with integrated breathing techniques

  • Functional body-weight exercises

  • Grounding and relaxing cool-down stretches

How it works

The  structure of each session is tailored to your requests and needs. We will evaluate these after your free pilot session.

Held either online for groups working from home, or in person either at the office space or the nearest park.

I will provide any equipment, including yoga mats where needed.

Training focus, times and participant numbers can vary. Each session is 45 minutes in duration.
