The class incorporates

How it works
The structure of each session is tailored to requests and needs, further evaluated after your free pilot session.
Held either online for groups working from home, or in person either at the office space or the nearest park.
Equipment will be provided, including yoga mats where needed.
Training focus, times and participant numbers can vary. Each session is 45 minutes in duration.
