It is a particular passion for me to share knowledge and be part of enhancing the quality of life within communities.
We all live in our bodies 24/7 so it is an invaluable lesson to develop understanding of one's own and how to move. The learning is a constant as we never cease to move, we grow old, injuries happen, and bodies change.
Workshops vary depending on community demographics’ needs and interests.
The principal focus is to strengthen mind-to-muscle pathways, core control and movement patterns. Once developing these concepts we can start challenging one's ability to apply these to all kinds of uses of movement.
The better you are able to connect to your body and understand how it performs the better one can develop their ability to move in all kinds of ways safely and with surety.
The more practice one has with different movement styles the more confidence and ability one has to learn others.
Workshops can be done as a one-off or as a course style, advancing with each class.
