1 hour session
A warmup focused on mobility, core engagement and postural muscle activation
A Fundamental concept and technique intro and practice for movement based exercises
A half hour workout based on what we have established so far
A stretch and review of how it went and establish a training plan moving forward
Optional discussion of written program delivery
Ongoing regular training
Regular booked online personal training sessions
Optional customised written programs for you to do in your own time, in between session or as your main source of training
Ongoing support to move towards your goals, improve your fitness abilities and physical wellbeing through exercise and movement
