Movements such as pulling, pushing, throwing, jumping, leaping, hanging, lifting objects, digging, sprinting, jogging, crawling, climbing and squatting were performed multiple times every day ensuring a healthy body. We now live in a modern world where these actions are no longer needed at the same level or intensity they once were. In order to sustain a healthy musculoskeletal body, we have to simulate the movements and train to perform them efficiently. This provides the foundation for my approach to training. Each workout aims to establish mind-to-muscle pathways, body awareness and full body connection. They integrate breathing techniques, improve human movement patterns and general athleticism.</image:caption>
